1. To carry out transactions on this website you have two options either through HSBC Bank or PayPal with option to charge credit or debit card.

2. The customer has the responsibility to choose and assure that they have selected the correct product, we do offer a 30 days to either exchange or return any of our products, please check our return and exchange policy.

3. The introduction of false or incorrect data for the delivery of the order is under the responsibility of the client if by any chance this happened THE CLIENT will be responsible for any additional shipping cost and or have the order canceled. BARRILES LA ARBOLEDA will not be held accountable.

4. The policy of BARRILES LA ARBOLEDA is to deliver your order within a period no longer than 8 days for national service and 15 days for international service, the delivery time begins from the confirmation of your payment.

5. In case of any missing or lost products or accessories, BARRILES LA ARBOLEDA will replace and provide the customer with the products included in the order.

6. The shipping cost considered in the countries mentioned below the description of each product, for shipping cost to other countries that are not in the list please contact costumer service.

7. Before making your shipment we will send detailed images of your order.

8. All domestic deliveries are via land, they take from 24 to 96 hours after being dispatched, the delivery time will depend on the destination.

9. International shipments are via air, they take from 2 to 12 days after being dispatched, the delivery time will depend on the destination country, for more details see below the description of each product the estimated delivery time.

10. To customize your articles, you need to send us the design in JPEG, PNG or in vector format, in the case of photographs they must be in vector format.

11. BARRILES LA ARBOLEDA is not responsible for delays in delivery due to lack of shipping or personalized information.

12. In orders over $ 300.00 (three hundred dollars) the customer has the option to make his payment in two parts, one as a down payment that must be at least 50% and the other 50% at the confirmation of the end of his order.
