Return and exchange policy 

 

In order for you to be able to apply our return and exchange policy (whether or not the package has been opened or not), the product to be exchanged or returned must be in the same condition as the time of the purchase. This means there should not be any alteration or damage and all parts and accessories must be included. 

 

Important detail:  It is required to present the commercial invoice or purchase receipt as well as an official identification to proceed with the exchange or return of the product.

 

1.       After receiving the purchased product, you have up to 30 days for any exchange or return.

 

2.       In case of an exchange it will apply for a product of the same characteristics or of another which has the same or higher price.

 

3.       In case of a refund it will apply 5 business days after receiving the returned product in our facilities.

 

4.       The amount to be refunded will be the invoiced cost at the time of the purchase and in the event that Barriles la Arboleda has collected the shipping cost it will also be refunded for the total amount.

 

5.       The client has the responsibility to return the product.

 

6.       If an exchange is needed or necessary Barriles la Arboleda will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new product.

 

7.       The new product that has been requested to be exchanged will take from 3 to 5 business days to be delivered once the product is received back in our warehouse.
